Shipping policy

Please allow up to 7 business days for the order to be processed. Here at Heaven's Lair, we operate between a PRE-ORDER and PRE-MADE system. With that being said, please allow 2-3 weeks for production if PRE-ORDER before shipping process begins

Items that are kept within our inventory will be specified and differentiated from PRE-ORDER items. Please allow up to 7 business days for PRE-ORDER inventory item orders to be processed. Following the processing time, please allow up to an additional 7 days for the order to be fulfilled and shipped out via USPS priority mail. Here at Heaven's Lair, we value transparency with our customers and will always specify differences between PRE-ORDER and PRE-MADE inventory items to ensure trust with our customers. With that being said, we highly advise customers to check product descriptions for those details. We will work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please be patient with us. All items lost, damaged, and stolen upon delivery is out of our control. Additionally, it is up to the customer to provide all accurate shipping information. However, you may contact USPS customer support regarding shipment or delivery of your order for any issues as they serve as our primary distributor.
